We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join the core French team and work directly with the Head of Operations. This is not a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll be in the engine room, helping us build, fix, optimize, and scale.

What you’ll actually do :

• Be the right hand of the Head of Operations

• Build and improve real operational processes (not slides)

• Make Customer Success & Customer Support fast, smooth, and human

• Fix broken workflows and create better ones

• Work with partners, suppliers, bike workshops

• Create simple, scalable processes, docs, and tools

• Spot problems before customers do, and solve them

• Help turn a young operation into a well-oiled machine

Who we’re looking for :

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management

• Fluent in English and French

• You like ownership

• You’re structured, sharp, and hands-on

• You’re fluent in French & English

• You’re comfortable building from scratch

• You care about customer experience, mobility and sustainability
